§2 Description of service

LinkChaser is a web-based tool that helps you build backlinks and analyze GEO-relevant indirect citations.

The tool is currently in an early development stage (MVP). Functionality, availability, and features may change at any time.

LinkChaser is currently free to use. The operator reserves the right to introduce paid features in the future. Existing free functionality may be adjusted accordingly. Users will be notified of significant changes in advance.

§3 Registration and account

Using LinkChaser requires registration with a valid email address or via Google OAuth.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your information and the security of your login credentials.

One account per person is permitted.

§4 User obligations

You agree not to misuse LinkChaser. In particular, the following are prohibited:

• Automated scraping or systematic overloading of the service
• Sharing your account access with third parties
• Any unlawful use of the tool

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the tool (e.g. outreach activities) complies with applicable law. LinkChaser provides tools but is not responsible for how you use them.

§5 Availability and liability

There is no guarantee of uninterrupted availability. As an MVP, outages, errors, and data loss may occur.

The operator's liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, to the extent permitted by law.

Liability for slight negligence is excluded, except in cases of breach of material contractual obligations (cardinal obligations). In such cases, liability is limited to foreseeable, typically occurring damage.

The above limitations of liability do not apply to injury to life, body, or health.

§6 Intellectual property

All rights to LinkChaser (software, design, content, brand) belong to the operator.

You are granted a simple, non-transferable right of use for the duration of your usage.

Data you enter remains your property.

§7 Privacy

Information about how we process your personal data can be found in our privacy policy.

§8 Termination and deletion

You can delete your account at any time or request deletion by emailing info@linkchaser.com.

The operator may delete accounts that violate these terms or have been inactive for 12 or more months. You will be notified by email beforehand.

Upon deletion, your data will be removed unless statutory retention obligations apply.

§9 Changes to these terms

The operator may update these terms. You will be notified of changes via email or in-app notice.

Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, you may delete your account.

§10 Final provisions

German law applies.

If any provision of these terms is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
